A Christmas Message
Mommy ! What shall I wear for Christmas Mass?
Oh , I have layed out your outfits on your beds.
The family arrives early enough to listen to the
choir sing Christmas songs before Mass.
They enter inside their pew quietly
and peacefully.
Mass begins and "The Gloria prayer " is sung!
Mother looks at her children with utter joy.
As Mass continues on the "Bells ring!"
The Church are on their knees
during the consecration of the
Bread and Wine.
The parents looks across the pew with
the look of pride, that their
children are giving honor
and respect to Christ Body
and His Blood.
The Children have all grown up now,
and the family pew has become more
empty.
Father,and Mother are alone in the
family pew now. They enjoy
Mass together and are in
wondrous praise to Our Lord.
They sit together remaining
quite, and ever so peacefully.
They both are watching the families
all around them, young and old
in awe with Jesus !
They remember their own children
sitting beside them in their family pew.
The mother's eyes turn watery for she
loved those times with Her children.
They are both in prayer, for all
their children. They ask for God's
protection of love to embrace
them always.
They both go forward in receiving
the Most Holy Eucharist
They pass by the large manger
placed in the front corner of the Church.
They both glance at the infant Jesus,
that brings joy to ALL people !
Oh Our lives may be changing
but JESUS ALWAYS REMAINS.
He is THE TRUE GIFT OF CHRISTMAS.
His gift of himself always remains.
each time we go to Mass and
receive him in the Most Holy
Sacrament of the Eucharist.
Dear One's, We are to honor the Sabbath Day weekly in going
to Mass or Church Service.
It is the third commandment of God (Remember to keep holy
the Lord's Day.)
If you are unable to attend on Sunday then go on Saturday
evening vigil Mass or Service.
We are to keep Holy Christmas Day, as well as Easter Sunday .
If you are unable to attend then watch Mass or a church service
on your T.V. or listen on your radio.
I am praying always for you and ALL who are
EMBRACING THE CROSS OF JESUS !

Prepare the Way for the Lord (St. Luke Ch.7 Verse 27 / Rainbow Our Lords Gift to Us
Isaiah Ch 54; Verses 1-10
The New Zion;
Raise a glad cry, you barren one who did not bear.
break forth in jubilant song, you who were not in
labor. For more numerous are the children of the
deserted wife.
than the children of her who has a husband,
says the Lord.
Enlarge the space for your tent, spread out
your tent cloths unsparingly; lengthen your ropes and
make firm your stakes.
For you shall spread abroad to the right
and left .
Your descendants shall dispossess the nations
and shall people the desolate cities.
Fear not, you shall not be put to shame;
You need not blush, for you shall not be
disgraced.
The shame of your youth you shall forget.
the reproach of your widowhood no longer
remember.
For he who has become your husband is your
maker , his name is the Lord of host.
Your redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.
called God of all the earth.
The Lord calls you back
like a wife forsaken and grieved in spirit,
A wife married in youth and then cast off,
says your God.
For a brief moment I abandoned you,
but with great tenderness I will take
you back.
In an outburst of wrath, for a moment
I hid my face from you;
But with enduring love I take pity
on you, says the Lord, your redeemer.
This is for me like the days of Noah,
When I swore that the waters of Noah
should never again deluge the earth;
So I have sworn not to be angry with you,
or to rebuke you.
Though the mountains leave their place
and the hills be shaken,
My love shall never leave you
nor my covenant of peace be shaken,
says the Lord, who has mercy on you.
Dear Reader, In the times of Noah, God gave a wonderful sign
in the sky "The Rainbow" a covenant that the Lord should
never again deluge the earth with water.
We are to adore and respect the RAINBOW A GIVEN SIGN
FROM GOD IN HEAVEN.
The rainbow is a beautiful GIFT given to us by Our Lord,
and shall be held with respect and honor.
The RAINBOW should never be used in any way not of God.
The RAINBOW was a GIFT to Us from God, not
Man gift to Man or Woman gift to Woman.
Genesis Ch 9 Verse 11-17
Covenant with Noah:
I will establish my covenant with you, that
never again shall all bodily creatures be
destoryed by the waters of a flood;
There shall not be another flood to devastate
the earth. God added: This is the sign that
I am giving for all ages to come, of a
covenant between ME AND YOU and
every living creature with you.
I SET MY BOW IN THE CLOUDS TO
SERVE AS A SIGN OF THE COVENANT
BETWEEN ME AND THE EARTH.
When I bring clouds over the earth and
and the BOW meaning RAINBOW;appears
in the clouds. I will recall the covenant
I have made BETWEEN ME AND YOU
and all living beings, so that the waters shall
never again become a flood to destory all
mortal beings.
As the bow appears in the clouds, I will see
it and recall the EVERLASTING COVENANT
That I have established between God and all
living beings--All mortal creatures that are on earth.
"God told Noah; "This is the sign of the covenant
I have established between me and all mortal creatures
that are on earth."
REVELATION CH. 10 VERSE 1
Then I saw another mighty angel come down from
heaven wrapped in a cloud, with a rainbow about his head;
His face shone like the sun and his legs like
pillars of fire.
PREPARE THE WAY OF THE LORD
St. Luke Ch 7 Verses 24-29
When the messengers of John ( John the baptist; Jesus cousin)
had set off, Jesus began to speak about him to the crowds.
"What did you go out to see in the desert--a reed swayed
by the wind?"
What, really, did you go out to see--
someone dressed luxuriously? Remember,
those who dress luxury and eat in splendor
are to be found in royal palaces.
Then what did you go out to see-- a prophet?
He is that, I assure you, and something more.
This is the man of Whom Scripture says,
** I send my messenger ahead of you
** to prepare your way before you.
I assure you, there is no man born of
woman greater than John. Yet the least born
into the kingdom of God is greater than he."
The entire populace that had heard Jesus,
even the tax collectors, gave praise to God
for they had received from
John the baptismal bath he administered.
note; John the Baptist, baptized many people
of our Lord, He was always announcing
someone greater is to come after me and I am
not worthy to unfasten the straps of his sandals.
John the Baptist would say:
Make Way for the Lord!!
I WILL PROTECT MY SOUL(story) 5-2018

I Am The Light of The World (Scripture)
John Ch. 8 Verse 12 ( Jesus speaks to the Pharisees and crowd )
"I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD" NO FOLLOWER OF MINE
SHALL EVER WALK IN DARKNESS, NO HE SHALL POSSESS THE
LIGHT OF LIFE."
Dear one's, Jesus was claiming that He is the exclusive source
of SPIRITUAL LIGHT.
No other source of spiritual truth is available
to mankind.
Matthew Ch 5 Verses 13-14 (Jesus speaks to His Disciples)
"You are the salt of the earth. But what if
salt goes flat? How can you restore it's flavor?
Then it is good for nothing but to be thrown
out and trampled underfoot.
"You are the light of the world. A city
set on a hill cannot be hidden.
Men do not light a lamp and then
put it under a bushel basket. They
set it on a stand where it gives light
to all in the house. In the
same way, your light must shine
before men so that they may see
goodness in your acts and give
praise to your heavenly Father.
Dear one's, We must be the bearer of light
to allow people to see the truth of God
We must show kindness, patience, and
respect to others.
Pray for those who persecute
and hate you. May they see Christ light
within you.( One can't light a lamp without
oil ) May we help place that oil into people's
hearts, and allow their lamp to light !!
May Our Lord Bless You and your loved one's Always !
THE ASTROLOGERS ( THE THREE WISE MEN )
Matthew Ch 2 Verses 1-23
After Jesus birth in Bethlehem of Judea during
the reign of King Herod,
astrologers from the east arrived one day
in Jerusalem inquiring , "Where is the newborn
King of the Jews? We observed his star
at its rising and have come to pay him homage."
At this news King Herod became greatly
disturbed, and with him all
Jerusalem. Summoning all of the chief
priests and scribes of the people, he inquired
of them where the Messiah was to be born.
"in Bethlehem of Judea," they informed him.
"Here is what the prophet has written;
And you, Bethlehem , land of Judah,
are by on means least among the princes
of Judah,
since from you shall come a ruler
who is to shepherd my people Israel."
King Herod called the astrologers
aside and found out from them
the exact time of the star's appearance.
Then he sent them to Bethlehem,
after having instructed them;
"Go and get detailed information about
the child. When you have found him, report
it to me so that I may go and offer him
homage too."
After their audience with the king, they
set out. The star which they had observed
at its rising went ahead of them until it
came to a standstill over the place where
the child was. They were overjoyed
at seeing the star, and on entering the
house, found the child with Mary his mother.
They prostrated themselves and did him
homage. Then they opened their
coffers ( treasure box) and presented
him with gifts of gold, frankincense,
and myrrh.
They received a message in a dream not
to return to Herod, so they went
back to their own country by
another route.
The flight into Egypt:
After the wise men left, the angel
of the Lord suddenly appeared in a dream
to Joseph with the command;
Get up, take the child and his mother
and flee to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you
otherwise. Herod is searching for the child
to destory him." Joseph got up
and took the child and his mother and
left that night for Egypt. He stayed there until
the death of Herod, to fulfill what the Lord
had said through the prophet:
"Out of Egypt I have called my son."
The Innocents: Once Herod realized
that he had been deceived by the astrologers,
he became furious. He ordered the massacre
of all the boys two years old and under in
Bethlehem and its environs, making
his calculations on the basis of the date
he had learned from the astrologers.
What was said through Jeremiah the prophet
was then fulfilled:
"A cry was heard at Ramah,
sobbing and loud lamentation:
Rachel bewailing her children;
no comfort for her, since they are no
more."
The Return to Nazareth: But after Herod's death,
the angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph
in Egypt with the command: Get up, take the child
and his mother, and set out for the land of Israel.
Those who had designs on the life of the child
are dead." He got up, took the child
and his mother, and returned to the land of Israel.
He heard, however, that Archelaus had succeeded
his father Herod as King of Judea,
and he was afraid to go back there.
Instead, because of a warning received in a dream.
Joseph went to the region of Galilee.
There he settled in a town called Nazareth.
In this way what was said through the prophets
was fulfilled:
"He shall be called a Nazorean."
(THE SHEPHERDS)
Luke Ch. 2 Verses 8-20
There were shepherds in that region,
living in the fields and keeping
night watch by turns over their flocks
The angel of the Lord appeared to them
as the glory of the Lord shone around them,
and they were very much afraid. The Angel
said to them: "You have nothing to fear!
I come to proclaim good new to you--
tidings of great joy to be shared by the
whole people. This day in David's city a
savior has been born to you, the Messiah
and Lord. Let this be a sign to you;
in a manger you will find an infant wrapped
in swaddling clothes." Suddenly , there was with
the angel a multitude of the heavenly host,
praising God and saying:
"Glory to God in high heaven,
peace on earth to those on whom
his favor rests."
When the angels had returned to heaven,
the shepherds said to one anther;
"Let us go over to Bethlehem and
see this event which the Lord has made
known to us." They went in haste and
found Mary and Joseph, and the baby
lying in the manger; once they saw, they
understood what had been told
them concerning the child.
All who heard of it were astonished
at the report given them by the
shepherds.
Mary treasured all these things and
reflected on them in her heart.
The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising
God for all they had heard and seen,
in accord with what had been told them.

Matthew Ch 2 Verses 1-23
After Jesus birth in Bethlehem of Judea during
the reign of King Herod,
astrologers from the east arrived one day
in Jerusalem inquiring , "Where is the newborn
King of the Jews? We observed his star
at its rising and have come to pay him homage."
At this news King Herod became greatly
disturbed, and with him all
Jerusalem. Summoning all of the chief
priests and scribes of the people, he inquired
of them where the Messiah was to be born.
"in Bethlehem of Judea," they informed him.
"Here is what the prophet has written;
And you, Bethlehem , land of Judah,
are by on means least among the princes
of Judah,
since from you shall come a ruler
who is to shepherd my people Israel."
King Herod called the astrologers
aside and found out from them
the exact time of the star's appearance.
Then he sent them to Bethlehem,
after having instructed them;
"Go and get detailed information about
the child. When you have found him, report
it to me so that I may go and offer him
homage too."
After their audience with the king, they
set out. The star which they had observed
at its rising went ahead of them until it
came to a standstill over the place where
the child was. They were overjoyed
at seeing the star, and on entering the
house, found the child with Mary his mother.
They prostrated themselves and did him
homage. Then they opened their
coffers ( treasure box) and presented
him with gifts of gold, frankincense,
and myrrh.
They received a message in a dream not
to return to Herod, so they went
back to their own country by
another route.
The flight into Egypt:
After the wise men left, the angel
of the Lord suddenly appeared in a dream
to Joseph with the command;
Get up, take the child and his mother
and flee to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you
otherwise. Herod is searching for the child
to destory him." Joseph got up
and took the child and his mother and
left that night for Egypt. He stayed there until
the death of Herod, to fulfill what the Lord
had said through the prophet:
"Out of Egypt I have called my son."
The Innocents: Once Herod realized
that he had been deceived by the astrologers,
he became furious. He ordered the massacre
of all the boys two years old and under in
Bethlehem and its environs, making
his calculations on the basis of the date
he had learned from the astrologers.
What was said through Jeremiah the prophet
was then fulfilled:
"A cry was heard at Ramah,
sobbing and loud lamentation:
Rachel bewailing her children;
no comfort for her, since they are no
more."
The Return to Nazareth: But after Herod's death,
the angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph
in Egypt with the command: Get up, take the child
and his mother, and set out for the land of Israel.
Those who had designs on the life of the child
are dead." He got up, took the child
and his mother, and returned to the land of Israel.
He heard, however, that Archelaus had succeeded
his father Herod as King of Judea,
and he was afraid to go back there.
Instead, because of a warning received in a dream.
Joseph went to the region of Galilee.
There he settled in a town called Nazareth.
In this way what was said through the prophets
was fulfilled:
"He shall be called a Nazorean."
(THE SHEPHERDS)
Luke Ch. 2 Verses 8-20
There were shepherds in that region,
living in the fields and keeping
night watch by turns over their flocks
The angel of the Lord appeared to them
as the glory of the Lord shone around them,
and they were very much afraid. The Angel
said to them: "You have nothing to fear!
I come to proclaim good new to you--
tidings of great joy to be shared by the
whole people. This day in David's city a
savior has been born to you, the Messiah
and Lord. Let this be a sign to you;
in a manger you will find an infant wrapped
in swaddling clothes." Suddenly , there was with
the angel a multitude of the heavenly host,
praising God and saying:
"Glory to God in high heaven,
peace on earth to those on whom
his favor rests."
When the angels had returned to heaven,
the shepherds said to one anther;
"Let us go over to Bethlehem and
see this event which the Lord has made
known to us." They went in haste and
found Mary and Joseph, and the baby
lying in the manger; once they saw, they
understood what had been told
them concerning the child.
All who heard of it were astonished
at the report given them by the
shepherds.
Mary treasured all these things and
reflected on them in her heart.
The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising
God for all they had heard and seen,
in accord with what had been told them.

IF ONE WISHES: You may do "Embrace the Cross" prayer
method with someone you care about using your cell phone's, computer,
or texting. May you be the one to help lead the prayer method in
Short way or original version. ( if their is a third party, use the speaker )
You may want to try the Short way first, and build yourselves
up to the original or longer version in time.
"Embrace the Cross" is a beautiful way of prayer in action.
One should never be anxious or nervous. If your loved one
or the person you care about is in pain , simply allow them
to listen to you pray the words given over your cell phone. Help them to make
the five crosses slowly on their forehead or chest ( letter T) then remind them to
kiss their thumb ( representing Jesus on the Cross ) end the
method in saying together ;( I join my cross with your cross) amen.
If one has a crucifix, photo of Jesus ( you may use the picture on this blog, Then
go ahead and give your kiss as stated in the prayer method.
Please , as you make your five crosses on your forehead, chest, or traditionally, make
them SLOWLY. You will notice how relaxing, calm, and soothing they will
be, especially on the forehead

If you contact the person you wish to do "Embrace the Cross" with, and they are
unable to at that time ; mention to them you will be doing the Short way by yourself, and
they can do it as well, on their own time. (It will bring comfort to the both of you). May
you both TOGETHER try to do the original version OR longer version of "Embrace the Cross" at least once a week.
NOTE: In doing the " Embrace the Cross " with the person whom you care about
may not be easy at first, however the more you do the prayer method it will get
easier. When the person whom you are teaching the method to, learns how to do the prayer method on their own, you can step away alittle bit, and allow them to get into their own
routine. Please be sure you stay in communication with them , in reminding them you
yourself is doing "Embrace The Cross"as well.

FAITH AND GOOD WORKS: James Ch 2 Verses 14-26
My Brothers,
what good is it to profess faith without
practicing it? Such faith has no power to
save one, has it: if a brother or sister
has nothing to wear and no food for the
day, and you say to them,"Good-bye
and good luck! Keep warm and well fed."
but do not meet their bodily needs, what
good is that: So it is with the faith that
does nothing in practice, It is thoroughly
lifeless.
To such a person one might say, "You
have faith and I have works-is that it?"
Show me your faith without works, and I
will show you the faith that underlies my
works! Do you believe that God is one:
You are quite right. The demons believe
that, and shudder. Do you want proof,
you ignoramus, that without works faith is
idle? Was not our father Abraham just-
tified by his works when he offered his son
Isaac on the altar? There you see proof
that faith was both assisting his works and
implemented by his works. You also see
how the Scripture was fulfilled which says,
"Abraham believed God, and it was credited
to him as justice" for this he received the
title "God's friend."
You must perceive that a person is
justified by his works and not by faith alone.
Rahab the harlot will illustrate the point.
Was she not justified by her works when
she harbored the messengers and sent them
out by a different route? Be assured, them,
that faith without works is as dead as a body
without breath.

The Immaculate Conception of The Blessed Virgin Mary is on (Dec. 8) / Blessed Mary Mother of God Pray For Us !
Blessed Mary was born (Sept. 8) without original sin, from
the moment she was conceived. By the
virtue of the foreseen merits of her son
Jesus Christ.

to a virgin betrothed (engaged to marriage)
to a man named Joseph, of the house of
David. The virgin's name was Mary.
Upon arriving the Angel said to her;
"Rejoice, O highly favored daughter! The Lord
is with you. Blessed are you among women."
She was deeply troubled by his words,
and wondered what his greeting meant.
The angel went on to say to her;
"Do not fear, Mary. You have found favor
with God. You shall conceive and bear
a son and give him the name Jesus.
Great will be his dignity and he will
be called Son of the Most High.
The Lord God will give him
the throne of David his father.
He will rule over the house of
Jacob forever. and his reign will be
without end."
Mary said to the angel, "How can
this be since I do not know man?"( meaning
had no relations with a man)
The Angel answered her; "The Holy Spirit
will come upon you and the power of
the Most High will overshadow you;
hence, the holy offspring to be born
will be called Son of God.
Know that Elizabeth your
kins-woman (cousin)
has conceived a son in her old
age; she who was thought to be
sterile is now in her sixth month.
for nothing is impossible with God."
Mary said:"I am the servant of the
Lord, Let it be done to me as you say."
With that the Angel left her.

God Is More Precious Than Silver and Gold
Psalm 119 Verses 65-72
You have done good to your servant,
O Lord, according to your word.
Teach me wisdom and knowledge,
for in your commands I trust.
Before I was afflicted I went astray
but now I hold to your promise.
You are good and bountiful;
teach me your statutes.(laws)
Though the proud forge lies against me
with all my heart I will observe your
precepts.
Their heart has become gross ;
as for me , your law is my delight.
It is good for me that I have been afflicted.
that I may learn your statutes.
The law of your mouth is to me more precious
than thousands of gold and silver piece
Matthew Ch. 7 verse 24
Anyone who hears my words
and put them into practice
is like the wise man who built
his house on rock.
verse-26: Anyone who hears my
words but does not put them into
practice is like the foolish man
who built his house on sandy ground.
Dear Ones, Jesus is speaking about Our Souls
May we keep building up our souls
to Jesus. When the storms arise
we will build ourselves up to him
to receive US !
When difficulties come we will
gently look up to him.
We will ask him for help
and place our trust and hope
in him.
He will be the one we lean on
He will gently look upon us with
purity of His Most Sacred Heart
He will help raise our heads up high
and we will go forward with him.
(Jesus is OUR ROCK may we constantly
build our homes, family, and friends upon HIM !)
LIFE isn't so much as what we
can or can't do.
LIFE is our depending on our Lord.
LIFE isn't so much what we are, rather
it is who we are !!
EVERY PERSON'S LIFE MATTERS !!
YOU MATTER ; WE MATTER
TOGETHER WE WILL
" Embrace the Cross " of Jesus !
Our gifts are OURSELVES given by GOD ALONE!
Through Our Lord we give Our gifts to
the World !
(Let's help one another big or small
