It's The Simple Things In Life

Dear One's, sometimes it's the simple things in people's lives that mean the most.

1) Having lunch in a Grandparent's home, telling stories, and laughing. Maybe it will be a simple grilled cheese sandwich, pickles, and cookies. Don't forget to say Grace before your meal.

2) Helping to Clean your Grandparent's Home and do extra's They simply are unable to do.

3) Placing a blanket on your spouse, or child who has drifted asleep on the living room couch.

4) Seeing your young teenager sitting at a computer, probably one of their favorite places, and you give them a gentle Hug!!  note: be sure you are paying attention and get to know what is interesting to them.  Try to get involved in your child's likes and dislikes.

5) Simply asking your Spouse or Child how their day was, and what did they do.

6) Maybe your Child's room is a Mess!!  Help them get started and show them some simple ways to keep their room clean. note: It's often best if you work together, for they learn from us how to organize. They also will learn how to throw things in the trash or place them in the goodwill box.

7) When you see a special gift in your Child, help them to expand and bring forth that gift to the World.

8) When you clean your home, have mopped floors, and did extra in shaping up the place; Jesus personally Blesses YOU. note: Often your family member's come home and gives you no Praise, however deep down inside they will always remember YOU.

9) Helping out around the yard, picking up blown trash, pulling some weeds. Maybe it's cleaning and washing the outside of your home or porch. ALL these simple things will help uplift your families Spirits, and Emotions!

10) Changing your families Bed Sheets! you probably won't get a thank you, however it will bring you a good feeling, in knowing you took the time to do so. note: Your rooms will smell fresher, and your family will sleep better.

11) Holding a door open, for another person at a store or business.

12) Saying a prayer or blessing your food in your home or at a public place.

13) Saying sorry to a spouse, in saying unkind words or remarks. It is never too late to say sorry.

14) Saying sorry to your child, in ignoring them, and saying unkind words as well; it will teach them to have empathy, and to be humble.

15) Sending out Birthday cards to those we love
Sending out Christmas cards to family, friends, neighbors, and those we care about.

16) Sending a note or Christmas card to your Children's Teacher, School Staff, Bus Driver

17) Sending a special letter or inspirational card to someone who is mourning, sad, lonely, or depressed. note: It will allow them to know someone is thinking of them and praying for them!

18) If you know someone who seems depressed, or alone simply ask if they would like to go out for lunch or go to a quite setting such as a park. You can be a good listener and help give them some kind of guidance of hope.

19) Giving a Thank you to your Priest, Deacon, Nun, or Preacher. May we always ask God to Bless them in a special way!

20) Giving a Thank you to our men and women in the police force and
Our Army Forces in Serving Our Country!!!
Let them know how grateful We are and ask Our Lord to Bless Them Always.
