THE SHORT WAY OF "EMBRACE THE CROSS"

note: There is another shorter version below

reflecting on the 5 wounds of Christ (crowning of thorns, piercing of hands,
piercing of feet, piercing of side.) OR  5 sorrowful Mysteries of Christ,
(Agony in the garden, the scourging, 
crowning of thorns, carrying of the cross, crucifixion)

NOTE: as you are reflecting on the (5 wounds or 5 sorrows of Christ; make
the sign of cross 5 times on forehead, chest, on top of your hand, or traditional way.

KISS your thumb in representation of Christ on the cross, kiss photo of Jesus,
crucifix, or cross etc... (You may use the drawing of Jesus on my website or blog.)

note: You may KISS your fingers placing it onto your Cross or Photo. 
IN ADDITION, you may kiss a photo of your beloved one or one's / if no photo announce name.

Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One
