NOTE: If You do not want to exercise to Music then simply exercise in front of your T.V. set, maybe during a show you watch daily or a game show such as Price is Right . We must get our bodies in motion to Help US in our Health in many ways.
If you have a small space to exercise in that is perfectly fine ! use your space to jog in place, step side ways and forward and back. Again, watch a T.V. program and your TIME will go faster. REMEMBER it's not about how fast you go , or how far you went. It's only about YOU in making yourself FEEL BETTER ABOUT YOURSELF !! KEEP MOVING YOU CAN DO THIS !! ( again shorten your exercise to 15 mins. at a time and do a little more later in the day !
