The crosses will probably go away on Sunday; I told my husband!
I'm taking you back in time on Saturday, February 12, 1994.
I placed my article in the newspaper for three days and Sunday was
the third day! I knew more people buy the newspaper on the weekends
and I thought my message of "Army of Prayer & Rosary" would be
viewed.
Sunday evening the crosses were still appearing around our crucifix
in our bedroom, so Monday, I decided I needed to tell our local priest.
He was the one I told about the "white glow" appearing several times
on my wreath in my bedroom on January 17, 1994, the day of the
California Earthquake.
I would like to mention I had received the large wreath as a Christmas gift in
December of 1993. It was handmade by my husband's co-worker's wife.
It was made out of cut up pieces of green floral cloth and I don't know how she did
the rest. It was large and beautiful! The "white glow" looked as if a flashlight was
going through the wall and through the wreath. The glow was extremely
white and would get larger then smaller and larger and smaller repeating
several times. I woke my husband up to see if he could figure it out but
neither of us could. When he raised his hand up to the glow it disappeared and
we never seen it again! He even said the glow had a warm feeling to it.
Meanwhile, I'm still sitting up in bed and couldn't believe what had just taken place.
God gave us a remarkable sign that we witnessed together!
I then told my husband, " I had just asked for a sign from our Lord if
this is what he is wanting me to do!"
My exact words were "Dear God and Blessed Mary, is this what you
are wanting me to do? "Blessed Mary is not equal to God, but
she was chosen by God to be the mother of Jesus our Lord🕇
{Luke Ch:1 Verse 28 Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with you; blessed
are you among women and blessed is the fruit of your womb.}
My husband didn't know what I had been writing about and I then explained
about being inspired to write "Army of Prayer & Rosary"🌹
I knew I would need to tell my priest about the "white glow" around my wreath
and about the "Army of Prayer & Rosary."
I decided to write him a letter about the given sign of the "white glow"
and the "Army of Prayer & Rosary." I placed it in the collection basket during Mass.
I quickly began sending out forms to many people; my family and friends and
neighbors. The only way I could spread "Army of Prayer & Rosary"
was with paper and stamps.
Getting back to the Sunday of the crosses appearing and Monday comes.
I waited for my husband to come home from work, and I wanted to tell our
priest about what we had been witnessing of the appearing crosses.
I also wanted to have him bless our crucifix. Our priest wasn't available that evening
but he arranged for me to go speak with a priest from
another Catholic Church that evening in the same city.
I take my crucifix about 12 inches tall and my husband and I drive
to a large cathedral structured church. I'm nervous as we pull
up to the church but I knew I had to speak with a priest.
My husband and I walk into the church office and I see the
receptionist sitting behind her desk. I'm holding my crucifix and
I tell her I need to speak with a priest and I begin to cry!
A priest comes out of his office and I continue to cry! He directs my
husband and I into his office and I begin to tell him, "My Story."
He blesses our crucifix and tells me the signs are
to help with my mission for Our Lord. He also said to keep praying
and be obedient to God. I walked out of his office with more assurance
and more at ease. When my priest mentioned the word mission to me, I felt a
little scared of the unknown. The next day the same priest
came to bless our home. It was in the evening and dark outside.
He was able to see the crosses appear and said the crosses are an inspiration from
God. I am so thankful for his quick response and helping me put things
in prospective and to carry forth what God has placed on me.
The crosses are still appearing daily around my crucifixes and they
are very inspiring and humbling. ➕
Together we will go forward in "The Army of Prayer & Rosary."⛨
from home to home and place to place.
